The Security Manager is responsible for developing various Security Plans, assessing the specific needs of customers to provide tailored solutions, and overseeing critical installations that involve significant risk or upon request from the customer.
The Security Manager conducts thorough risk assessments for each application, planning and executing precise actions to implement the necessary security systems. Additionally, the Security Manager oversees the management of leads and conducts regular inspections of employees across all departments to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained, with a strong emphasis on continuous training within the company. Lastly, the Security Manager coordinates the various security services and is prepared to execute civil protection measures in the event of an emergency, catastrophe, or public incident.
